The new conference on lightweight solutions LightCon will be held for the first time in Hannover – a two-day program with excellent keynotes, panels and best practices. Under the motto “Sustainability needs Lightweight Design“, the event will focus on sustainability, climate, resource protection, and CO₂ emissions. To launch the conference, Prof. Christoph Herrmann will speak about “Life Cycle Engineering for lightweight structures in mobility applications“ in his keynote lecture.

The conference offers exciting insights into the future technology of lightweight construction. Analog and digital. The conference will take place live on site and digitally on the web, it will be conducted entirely in English and broadcast live on the Internet.
