AMMM 2024 - Additive Manufacturing Meets Medicine

The 6th International Conference Additive Manufacturing Meets Medicine will take place in Lübeck from September 11 - 13, 2024. It is being organised by Fraunhofer IMTE, together with the University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein (UKSH), the University of Lübeck and the Lübeck University of Applied Sciences. It will take place at the Fraunhofer IMTE in Lübeck under the direction of Prof Dr Thorsten Buzug and Prof Dr Hermann Seitz.

As one of the leading platforms for additive manufacturing technologies for medical applications, AMMM 2024 is aimed at scientists, technicians and medical professionals. It offers opportunities to discuss the latest developments in 3D printing for medicine. 3D printing is of great importance in medical technology and has increased continuously in recent years. From prostheses and soft tissue implants to matrices for tissue engineering, additive manufacturing offers decisive advantages for medicine.

In addition to the scientific conference, an ”Advanced Training” and an ”Additive Summer School” will be offered:

  • Advanced Training: September 9 to 11, 2024
